Right way to recover - Starting No Porn Challenge

What is completely prohibited to do on NO PORN Challenge?


1) NO PORN - you have to delete whole porn videos, pictures and other materials from your computer, tablet, mobile phones. Destroy every CD's, DVD's with this content. Put into the trash your porn magazines and everything what is associated with pornography, nudity. Clear out whole things which can force you to return to fapping and watching porn again.


2) NO MASTURBATE - completely stop with your masturbation even if you are horny as hell. It's not a holiday! You have to fully rewire your brain, with no excuses. After 90 days you will see your first effects.

3) NO EDGING - don't masturbate without orgasm it is prohibited as well! It is much worse than normal masturbating, because you can do it for many hours. In this time your dopamine level will reach very high level and it will perstist for a very long time! Your addiction will deepen only, and you'll feel bad for a long time.

4) CONTROL YOUR IMAGINATION - you need to control your fantasies, don't even think about porn, don't imagine. It is very hard but its possible to do. Always when you'll cathc yourself on thinking about porn try to think about anything, it can be anything. If you fell a huge need to masturbate or watching porn always go for a walk, but never stay alone. You have to go out or take a very cold shower. It is a perfect way to cool down your hot brain!

5) NEVER STAY ALONE - you have to go out, spand more time with friends, family, workout or do everything what you like. Running and cycling it the best form of free time, it takes long hours and you are doing something good for your health and condition.

6) SPAND LESS TIME ON COMPUTER AND PHONE - this rule is the most important, you have to limit your time spanding on playing games, browsing the internet and wasteing more and more time in front of computer screen. Porn addiction is related with other addictions. If you are spending more then 4 hours per day on you computer you are addicted to the internet. I am not talking here about the people who are working in IT, but about people who are wasting their time by doing not productive things. Soo try to limit this time to 2 hours per day.

7) IF YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND - if you have a girlfiend and have a problem with you penis like erectile dysfunction you have to stop having sex with her for a few months until your normal erections will back. If you don't want to tell your girlfriend about your terapy of porn addiction, you can tell her that you have a bet with your friend who will do it longer. If you are together from a short time, you can tell that it is to fast for you for sex. But if you don't want to stop having sex with your girlfriend or wife you can please her in the different way. What you have your fingers and tongue for? :)

8) CONFIGURE YOUR COMPUTER, TABLET AND PHONE - it is recommended to install software on your PC/MAC, there is a lot of programs which are blocking porn websites and other content. From my own experience I can recommend to install K9 Web Protection, because it allows you to block categories, concret websites or keywords. On this blog I will show you how to configure your electronics to have a perfect protection.

9) CHANGE YOUR BEHAVIORS - you have to find other things to do like sport or hobby. When you will start your NO FAP Challenge you will see how much free time you got. You have to organize it in right way. Stop doing everything what can cause bad feeling and wasteing your time. Use it to learn new things and educate yourself new languages and new activities.

10) DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL - we should not to drink any alcohol on No Porn Challenge, because most of us have a huge urge to mastrubate. When we are drunk it is much harder to control your behaviors. We are more susceptible to fall back into addiction.

11) DON'T TOUCH YOUR PENIS - try to stop touching your penis, because it is causing it stimulation. Touch your penis only when you are taking a shower or having a bath, but don't do it for too long. It will help you to restore normal feeling and better feel stimulation during normal sex. It will also help you to reduce effects caused by "death grip".

What to do on the rehab?
You will quickly find out that yo have a plenty of free time. Soo you have to organise it in the right way.
- Go on the GYM, play sports, start running or cycling, try everything and you will find your favourite sport discipline. For example I am training in the running association, we have a lot of events like charity or marathons.
- Go to your friends, family
- Try to learn new languages
- Talk much with people
