The most important thing is to block whole web browsers and applications which have a browser. When the access to porn will be not possible without a web browser in your phone. It will also help you to limit time spending on phone or tablet. You can't wast your time on the abstinence remember, you have to use it for other things.
And you have to add DNS to your internet settings. It will block pornsites on your phone permanently. Install form Google Play app DNS Changer or Override DNS and add 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123.
